6. Carefully turn the portafilter handle to the
right until you feel some resistance.
The portafilter is now installed in the brew

7. Move the brew lever into the drawing
position.
The espresso extraction process begins.

8. When the desired quantity of espresso
has been reached, move the brew lever
back into the starting position.
The extraction process is complete.

Residual water is drained and residual
pressure released via the residual water
outlet of the brew group.
