Trajan 606 ist mit einem 0,.Mangelsignal
und einer N,O-
sperre ausgerüstet.
Beim Unterschreitendes
minimalen
02.Versorgungsdruk-
kes ertönt ein nicht abschaltbares
Signal. Bei weiterem
O&uckabfall
wird die N,O-Zufuhr
bis zur Sperrung
so
reduziert,
daß die vorgewählte
0,.Konzentration
nicht
unterschritten
wird.
Gasmangelwarnung
für den Betrieb
vorbereiten
Vor Inbetriebnahme
des Narkosegerätes
und bei Wieder-
inbetriebnahme
nach Ausfall eines oder beider Gase:
Versorgungsdruck
von mindestens

Warning and Safety Features
10.1
Trajan 808
O1 shortage
warning/
N,O Cut-out
Trajan 606 is equipped
with an 0, shortage
warning
and a
N,O Cut-out.
If the O1 supply pressure
drops below the minimum, an
automatic
warning Sounds, which cannot be switched
off.
If the O2 pressure
loss continues,
the N,O supply is
reduced so that the gas cannot drop below the pre-set 0,
concentratlon
limits.
Preparing
gas shortage
warning
for operation
Before operating
the anaesthetic
machine,
or recommenc-
ing Operation after one or both gases have failed:
Establish supply pressure
of at least 2.7 bar for more than
20 seconds.
DO not use any gas during this time - e.g. via
flow control valves, Ventilator,
O2 flush, or bronchial
aspirator.

Machine without ORC:
If the supply pressure
drops below 2.2 bar, the 02
shortage warning will Sound for at least 7 seconds.
If the 0, pressure drops below 0.6 bar, the N,O supply
will be Cut-out.
Increase O2 pressure
in the System to at least 2.7 bar:
It will be possible to control the O2 and Ns0 flow again;
N,O Cut-out and O2 shortage
warning will beoperational
again.
Machine with ORC:

N,O failure
O2 tan be metered and the 0, shortage
Signal is opera-

Increase Ns0 supply to at least 2.7 bar; it will be possibie
