Inserting or Removing Tool
Unlock or lock the mechanical securing ( 21
) of the quick clamping system.
4.13.1 Inserting
The milling head is equipped with a collet chuck for
BT40x45° pull studs.
Screw pull studs into the conical seat.
Clean seat in the milling spindle.
Clean cone of the tool.
Mechanical securing of the quick clamping system
( 21 ) to be released.
Push up the spindle level and place the tool into the
spindle.
Release the spindle lever again.
Mechanical securing of the quick clamping system
( 21 ) to be locked.
4.13.2 Removing
Release mechanical securing of the quick
clamping system ( 21 ).
Firmly hold the tool.
Push up the spindle lever.

Clamping the workpieces
CAUTION!
Injuries can be caused by parts flying off.
