Measurement Value
The current measurement value as signed, 32-bit number.
In case of an error, a substitute value is output (see
Outside of the detection range (Out of Range) and No
Measurement Data).
Measurement Scale
The scaling value is a signed, 8-bit number. The scaling
indicates the exponents of a power of ten of the
measurement value relative to the base unit (meters). This
value is used to interpret the unit of the output value.

Measurement Scale
Measurement Error
Indicates if the measurement value is outside of the
detection range or if no measurement value can be
determined.
Measurement Warning
Indicates if the measurement value is outside of the
measurement range.
