The automatic-welder interface ROB 3000 is only supported from software version
2.65.001 upwards (power source). Older software versions will need to be updated.
Machine concept The ROB 3000 is designed to be installed in a control cubicle, although it can also be
mounted in practically any desired position.

Where desired, the automatic-welder interface ROB 3000 can be combined with a field-
bus coupler (see the section headed "Parallel operation of ROB 3000 and field bus").
This makes it possible to operate a power source from two control units. Parallel opera-
tion of the ROB 3000 with a field-bus coupler is described in detail in the section hea-
ded "Parallel operation of ROB 3000 and field bus".
For parallel operation of the ROB 3000 with a field-bus coupler, a LocalNet passive distri-
butor (4,100,261) and/or active distributor (4,100,298) is needed.
NOTE!
The LocalNet passive distributor cannot be used together with a TIG JobMaster
welding torch.

For safety reasons, the Qick-Stop signal is intended to quickly stop the welding
process and provides machine safety only. In case also personal safety measures
are required, use an appropriate Emergency Stop Switch.
