using the drag-and-drop area.

The image must have a resolution of at least 640x470 px and be available in

Inserting a background image from a file

Select a file and click "Open" or drag the file into the drag-and-drop area.
Click the top-left arrow (next to "Add Floorplan") to add the room layout
you have prepared to the list of available room layouts.
