Cause
High-side pressure transducer is not reading
pressure correctly.
Internal storage vessel pressure transducer
is not reading pressure correctly.
Internal storage vessel temperature sensor
is not reading temperature correctly.
Low-side pressure transducer is not reading
pressure correctly.
A leak in vehicle A/C system.
Filter serial number entered into the
ACS 661 is not correct.
Refrigerant cannot be transferred to the ISV
because the source tank is empty.
ISV is too full to recover additional refriger-
ant.
Failure to register and activate the ACS 661
within 30 days of initial startup will cause
the ACS 661 to lock out and no longer func-
tion.
A leak in the vehicle A/C system.

Filter has already been used on this ACS 661. Obtain
new authentic Bosch filter No. SP00101192.

Perform a charge process to remove refrigerant from
ISV before any further recovery attempts.
Press F1 and refer to Unit Activation section in this
manual to register the ACS 661.
Exit current test and perform repairs on vehicle A/C
system.
