Introduction
3.1
Application
ACS 661 is suitable for vehicles with conventional com-
bustion engines (PAG oil) as well as for hybrid and elec-
tric vehicles (POE oil). ACS 661 features all functions
necessary for the air conditioning service of vehicles.

ACS 661 can be operated with either PAG or POE
oil. Mixing the oils causes damage to the vehicle air
conditioning system. The ACS 661 is equipped with
a PAG oil bottle and a POE oil bottle. Fill the bottles
with proper oil type and connect the right one when
prompted.

The ACS 661 is only to be operated with R1234yf re-
frigerant. The ACS 661 is not to be used for service
work on vehicles with air conditioning systems em-
ploying refrigerants other than R1234yf, as this will
cause damage. Check the type of refrigerant used in
the vehicle air conditioner prior to A/C service.
