Electrical connection

The detector box is equipped as standard with an M20 cable screw connector. An additional
M20 cable screw connector can be fitted to a reserve drill hole (plugged) if required.
Electrical connections are established via pluggable screw terminals. The system is equipped
with individual terminal blocks for the power supply, relay contacts, reset input and open col-
lector outputs. The serial interface is connected via a D-SUB9 socket.

The cables inside the detector box must be fed to the terminal blocks via the shortest possi-
ble route.
7.4.1

Terminal assignment

The "Fault" relay is activated in standby mode; i.e. the contact is closed between terminal 15/
13 and open between 15/14.
