– Check system for contaminants
– Reset the duty point
– Vent pump and fill suction line
– Correct the fluid level
– Minimise resistances in the suc-
tion line
– Clean filter
– Reduce negative suction head by
installing the pump lower
– Replace gasket
– Check suction line
– Remove clog
– Change pipe routing or install air
vent valve in system
– Adjust speed
– Readjust duty point
– Check the pump dimensioning
(consult with the manufacturer)
– Correct pump installation
– Correct alignment
– Maintain recommended minimum
