RTS means ready to send, normally active (+V);
CTS is waiting for the Clear-to-send signal from the control device (PC), if no CTS is sent, Pin 7 and 8 must be shortened inside the
connector.
General notes:
MCW-D 100 can be externally controlled and configured by using commands in ASCII format sent through RS232. Messages sent and
received always end with chr(13) which works as an end of message identifier. Between two different messages sent to MCWD 100 a
delay of at least 10ms must be issued.
Due to the complex messaging system of the MCW-D 100 the command syntax and length must strictly respected. Also, some of the
messages sent to MCW-D 100 might be replied or acknowledged with different reply messages. These replies and any other incoming
messages must be ignored if not defined by this document.
