If the water is hard, the heating element may become calcified, especially if the
minimum temperature is set above 60 °C.
An annual inspection of the heating element is recommended.

They warn against incorrect operation, as this may result in serious injury and da-
mage.

CAUTION!
Use mechanical temperature switches.
To do this, remove the heating element from the energy storage device and
remove the limescale.
Do not scratch the surface of the heating element while doing so.
