Demontage
Ventil vom
Gehäuse
trennen
• Halbringe am Steuer-
kopf (B1) abnehmen.
HINWEIS
Die anlagenseitigen pneu-
matischen und elektri-
schen Anschlüsse können
am Steuerkopf bleiben.
• Pneumatischen
Anschlüsse (Y2, Y3) am
Liftantrieb lösen.
• Steuerkopf (B) abziehen.
GEFAHR
Beim Lösen des Klapprin-
ges (43.2, 43.1) am Gehäu-
se des nicht angesteuerten
Ventils besteht Verlet-
zungsgefahr, da die freige-
setzte Federvorspannung
den Antrieb sprungartig
anhebt.
Vor dem Lösen der Klapp-
ringe deshalb Federspan-
nung durch Belüften des
Antriebs mit Druckluft
aufheben.
• Antrieb bei (Y3) belüf-
ten.
• Klappringe (43.2, 43.1)
abnehmen.
• Antrieb entlüften.
VORSICHT
Bei liegend eingebautem
Ventil besonders darauf
achten, dass das Gewicht
des Ventils bei der
Demontage abgefangen
wird, um eine Beschädi-
gung von Sitzring und
Ventilteller zu vermeiden.
• Ventileinsatz aus dem
Gehäuse (402) heraus-
ziehen.

Dismantling
Separating the
valve from the
housing
• Remove the semi-annu-
lar clamps at the control
top (B1).
NOTE
The pneumatic and elec-
trical connections can
remain at the control top.
• Remove the pneumatic
connections (Y2, Y3) at
the lifting actuator.
• Pull the control top (B)
off.
DANGER
When the hing ed clamps
(43.2, 43.1) at the housing
of the non-actuated valve
are detached, the released
spring force suddenly lifts
the actuator. There is a
danger of injury.
Therefore, prior to detach-
ing the hinged clamps,
release the spring tension
by actuating the valve
actuator with compressed
air.
• Pressurize the actuator
at (Y3).
• Detach the hinged
clamps (43.2, 43.1).
•Depressurize the
actuator.
CAUTION
For horizontally installed
valves take special care
that the weight of the
valve is supported when
dismounting the valve in
order to prevent damage
of the seat ring and valve
disk.
• Draw the valve insert
out of the housing (402).
