Montage
Ventil in umgekehrter
Reihenfolge der Demon-
tage montieren. Dabei fol-
gende Hinweise beachten:
VORSICHT
Bei liegend eingebautem
Ventil besonders darauf
achten, dass das Gewicht
des Ventils bei der Monta-
ge abgefangen wird, um
eine Beschädigung von
Sitz und Ventilteller zu
vermeiden.
HINWEIS
Die Öffnung der Laterne
muss bei einem liegend
eingebautem Ventil nach
unten zeigen (leerlau-
fend).
• Lifthub Doppelteller bei
(Y3) ansteuern und den
Ventileinsatz vorsichtig
in das Gehäuse einfüh-
ren und mit Klapp ring
(43.1, 43.2) befestigen.
Hub prüfen
Steuerkopf T.VIS
• Ventil mit Druckluft ansteuern.
• Funktion der Initiatoren prüfen und wenn nötig nach-
justieren.
Lifthübe
• Die Lifthübe brauchen nicht eingestellt zu werden.

Checking the valve stroke

• Actuate the valve by applying compressed air.
• Check the function of the proximity switches and if
necessary readjust it.
Lifting strokes
• It is not necessary to adjust the lifting strokes.

Assembling

Assemble the valve in the
43.2
reverse sequence of disas-
sembly. During assembly,
observe the following
instructions:
CAUTION
For horizontally installed
valves take special care
that the weight of the
valve is supported when
dismounting the valve in
order to prevent damage
of the valve seat and
valve disk.
NOTE
For horizontally installed
valves the port of the
lantern must point down-
wards (free draining).
• Actuate lift stroke of
double-disk at (Y3) and
carefully introduce
valve insert into the
housing and fix with
hinged clamp (43.1,
43.2).
