Elektrischer Anschluss
GEFAHR
Elektroarbeiten dürfen nur von qualifizierten Personen
durchgeführt werden. Vor jedem elektrischen Anschlie-
ßen die zulässige Betriebsspannung überprüfen.
Einbau- und Betriebsvorschriften für die Verwendung
im Ex-Bereich beachten!
• Das Ventil nach der Betriebsanleitung für den Steuer-
kopf elektrisch anschließen.
Initiatoren einstellen
Im Steuerkopf
HINWEIS
Die Initiatoren im Steuerkopf werden im Werk einge-
stellt.
Durch Transport und Einbau kann sich die Einstellung
verändern und ein Nachjustieren nötig sein
(s. Betriebsanleitung Steuerkopf).
Inbetriebnahme
• Sicherstellen, dass sich keine artfremden Gegenstände
im System befinden.
• Ventil durch Ansteuern mit Druckluft einmal schalten.
• Lifthub des Ventiltellers und des Doppeltellers über-
prüfen.
• Vor der ersten Produktfahrt das Rohrleitungssystem
reinigen.
• Während der Inbetriebnahme regelmäßig kontrollie-
ren, ob alle Dichtungen frei von Leckage sind. Defekte
Dichtungen austauschen.

Electrical Connections
DANGER
Only allow qualified personnel to make electrical
connec tions. Prior to making electrical connections
check the maximum permissible operating voltage.
Observe the installation and operating instructions
within potentially explosive areas!
• Make the electrical connection for the valve in accord -
ance with the operating instructions for the control
top.
Adjust the proximity switches
In the control top
NOTE
Proximity switches in the control top are adjusted at fac-
tory.
Due to transport and installation the adjustment may
alter and may need re-adjustment (see operating
instructions Control top).
Commissioning
• Make sure that no foreign materials are enclosed in
the system.
• Actuate the valve once by applying compressed air.
• Check the lifting stroke of the valve disk and the dou-
ble seat disk.
• Prior to the first product run clean the pipe system.
• During commissioning, regularly check the seals for
leakage. Replace defective seals.
