9.10 Replacing the wire filler neck set

Required tool:

► Observe the documentation for the welding components.
► Contact your retailer or ABICOR BINZEL in the event of questions or problems.

No welding current.
No ignition.
Cause
Distance from welding wire to workpiece
is too great.
Ground cable not connected.
Power source is not switched on.
Power source is defective.
Error in the electronics.
Error in the communications electrics.
Remote control defective.
10 Faults and troubleshooting
— AF10 fork wrench
Pull the lever and swing open the housing block.

Loosen the nut with a fork wrench AF10.

Disassemble the threaded sleeve, collet, nut,

and wire feed.
Mount again in reverse order.
