7 Operation
Risk of injury caused by parts swirling around
A material fracture can cause parts of the device to come loose during operation and cause serious
injuries.
► Check and wear your personal protective equipment.
► Check the device regularly for damage and remedy it immediately. The device may be used only

If cable connections are installed incorrectly, there is a risk of injury or fatal electric shocks.
► Check all live cables and connections for proper installation and damage.
► Damaged, deformed or worn parts should only be replaced by a qualified electrician.
Risk of crushing due to moving parts
The device moves along the positioning belt during the welding process. Limbs can be crushed by
the moving wheels.
► Keep your hands out of the danger zone.
► Wear close-fitting clothing and use a hair net for long hair.
► Only use the device with a clearly visible, fully functional display.
► Do not press on the display or put weight on it.

On/Off switch

► Press the On/Off switch until there is an
audible, perceptible click.
The LED illuminates blue. Device is switched on.
► Press the On/Off switch again until there is an
audible, perceptible click.
The LED is extinguished. Device is switched off.
Quick-return button
There are a total of four red quick-return buttons on
the device. Hold on to the device at the handle
tube, press a quick-return button and move the
device onto the positioning belt.

Movement by means of quick-return buttons is only
possible in stand-by mode.
