9.8 Cleaning the cover, Z axis and attachment parts

9.9 Replacing the wire feed roll

Required tool:
9 Maintenance and cleaning
Remove the Z axis and carefully loosen the

connection.
Pull out the bellows forward as far as possible.

Loosen the screws (2× M3) using the Allen key

(AF 3.5) and remove the bellows incl. the
clamping ring.
Replace the bellows and Z axis, and reassemble

in reverse order. Tighten the screws by hand.
Check for ease of operation of the bellows.

Rotate the device to the service position.

Wipe clean all components with a non-

flammable cleaning agent and a slightly
moistened cloth. Do not clean the device with
compressed air.

Pull the lever and open the wire spool cover.

Pull the release lever and swing open the

housing block.
