1 Identification
The ABIBUG 300 orbital welding machine is a mobile solution for welding pipes and piping. It is used
to connect two joints via external or pre-assembled welding torches. An integrated drive unit guarantees
misalignment-free welding. The weld seam is automatically created once the welding process begins.
The operator can position the ABIBUG 300 orbital welding machine on the pipe to be welded using
a guide rail. The weld seam is automatically created once the welding process begins. The device may
be operated only with original ABICOR BINZEL spare parts.
These operating instructions describe only the ABIBUG 300 orbital welding machine. When used in these
operating instructions, the terms "machine", "device", and "system" always refer to the ABIBUG 300 orbital
welding machine.
