WARNING: Continuous activation of the active
electrode while it is not in contact with the tissue
may increase the possibility for capacitive coupling,
instrument breakdown, and undesirable and remote
tissue effects. This is especially true for „COAG"
(high voltage) outputs. Avoid continuous activation
of the electrode to reduce the risk of current leak-
age and diversion to alternate sites.

WARNING: Gas emboli and cardiac arrest have
been reported during electrosurgical procedures
performed in conjunction with gas insufflation.
Careful monitoring of gas volume and patient pres-
sure should be performed throughout electrosurgi-
cal procedures in order to minimize any such risk.
KARL STORZ recommends that gas insufflation
NOT be used during operative hysteroscopic
procedures. In addition, minimizing instrument ex-
changes and limiting the use of the Trendenlenberg
position may also reduce the risk of gas emboli.

WARNING: Activation of electrosurgical unit simul-
taneously with the aspiration/irrigation mode may
increase the capacitive coupling through the shaft
area of the insulated instrument, and cause arcing
at the distal end of the instrument.

WARNING: Use of electrosurgical devices can
cause severe electromagnetic interference in other
devices, particularly cardiac pacemakers. Precau-
tions should be taken to ensure that the patient's
well-being is maintained in the event of such inter-
ference.

WARNING: If a reduction in the expected elec-
trosurgical output is noted, check the return plate
(patient plate or pad, dispersive electrode) to en-
sure proper positioning. Check the active electrode
insulation for possible damage before increasing

the power of the electrosurgical generator.

WARNING: The patient should not come into con-
tact with any metal parts that are grounded.

WARNING: Electrodes and probes of monitoring,
stimulating, and imaging devices can provide paths
for high-frequency currents even if they are battery
powered, insulated or isolated at 60 Hertz. The risk
of burns can be reduced but not eliminated by plac-
ing the electrodes as far away as possible from the
dispersive electrode (e.g. patient return electrode,
patient plate or pad).

Disassembly

1. Open handle completely. If necessary, unlock the
locking mechanism on the handle.
2. Press and hold the locking button 7 (do not turn).
3. The handle is now opened completely in order to push
the sheath tube 3 out towards the front (see Fig. A).
4. To remove the inner section, hold the jaws 1 tightly
and open the bayonet mount by rotating the sheath
tube 3 ¼ turn.
5. Pull out the inner section (see Fig. B).

Разборка
1. Полностью откройте рукоятку. При необходимости
разблокируйте механизм фиксации рукоятки.
2. Нажмите и удерживайте блокирующую кнопку 7
(не вращать).
3. Теперь рукоятка полностью откроется, что позво-
лит вытянуть вперед трубку тубуса 3 (см. рис. A).
4. Для удаления рабочего элемента удерживайте
бранши 1 и разомкните байонетный механизм,
повернув на ¼ оборота трубку тубуса 3.
5. Извлеките рабочий элемент (см. рис. B).

ПРЕДУПРЕЖДЕНИЕ: Опасность инфекци-
онного заражения: при использовании мед.
изделий, обработанных ненадлежащим обра-
зом, существует опасность инфицирования
пациента, пользователя и третьего лица, а
также опасность сбоя функционирования мед.
изделия. Соблюдайте руководство «Очистка,
дезинфекция, стерилизация и уход за инстру-
ментами KARL STORZ» и сопроводительную
документацию к изделиям.

ПРЕДУПРЕЖДЕНИЕ: При любом виде об-
работки контаминированных мед. изделий
необходимо соблюдать нормативные акты
комитета по охране труда или организаций,
выполняющих равнозначную функцию.

ОСТОРОЖНО: При приготовлении и примене-
нии растворов следует в точности соблюдать
указания производителя химикатов относи-
тельно их концентрации, времени воздействия
и срока годности. Слишком долгое погружение
в раствор и неверная концентрация могут
стать причиной повреждения. Учитывайте
спектр микробиологического воздействия ис-
пользуемых химикатов.

обработки используйте только хим. средства,
разрешенные компанией KARL STORZ.

拆解
1. 完全打开手柄。必要时，可将手柄的锁定装置解锁。
2. 按住锁定按钮 7（不要转动）。
3. 现在手柄已完全打开，向前推动鞘管 3（请参见图 A）。
4. 若要取下操作内芯，握紧钳口 1，通过转动鞘管 3
¼ 圈，打开卡销壳。
5. 拔出操作内芯（请参见图 B）。
