CLICKLINE Instrumente bestehen entweder aus
Handgriff und Außenschaft mit Arbeitseinsatz (2, 3 und
3,5 mm Instrumente, gebogene Instrumente) oder aus
Handgriff, Außenschaft und Arbeitseinsatz (5 mm und
10 mm Instrumente, gerade und gekröpft).

Anwendung
KARL STORZ empfiehlt die Anwendung der CLICKLINE
Fasszangen und Scheren mit HF- Geräten der Serie
AUTOCON
von KARL STORZ.
®
In den Modi Forcierte Koagulation und Spray-
Koagulation darf eine Spitzenspannung von 3 kVp nicht
überschritten werden, da es sonst zu Schäden am
Instrument kommen kann.

Sicherheitshinweise
WARNUNG: Verletzungsgefahr und Gefahr der
Beschädigung von Produkten: Das Nichtbeachten dieser
Gebrauchsanweisung und aller Gebrauchsanweisungen
der in Kombination eingesetzten Produkte kann zu
Verletzungen von Patienten, Anwendern und Dritten
sowie zu Beschädigung am Produkt führen. Lesen
Sie alle relevanten Gebrauchsanweisungen sorgfältig
durch und beachten Sie immer die beschriebenen
Anweisungen. Prüfen Sie die Funktion der in
Kombination eingesetzten Produkte.
WARNUNG: Verletzungsgefahr: Bei beschädigter oder
nicht vorhandener Isolierung von HF-Instrumenten
sowie bei ungewolltem Kontakt des Anwendungsteils mit
dem Patienten besteht Verletzungsgefahr. Verwenden
Sie keine HF-Instrumente mit beschädigten oder
fehlenden Isolierungen und achten Sie darauf, dass
die Anwendungsteile nicht mit leitfähigen Instrumenten,
Zubehörteilen und Flüssigkeiten in Kontakt kommen.
Legen Sie die Anwendungsteile nie auf dem Patienten ab.
WARNUNG: Verletzungsgefahr: Nicht korrekt
zusammengebaute und beschädigte Instrumente können
zu Verletzungen des Patienten führen. Instrumente
und damit in Verbindung verwendetes Zubehör
müssen unmittelbar vor und nach jeder Anwendung
auf einwandfreien Zustand, Funktionsfähigkeit,
unbeabsichtigte raue Oberflächen, scharfe Ecken, gratige
Kanten, vorspringende Teile und Vollständigkeit überprüft
werden. Fehlende oder abgebrochene Bauteile dürfen
nicht im Patienten zurückgelassen werden.
WARNUNG: Verletzungsgefahr: Eine Überlastung durch
zu starke Krafteinwirkung kann zu Brüchen, Verbiegen
und Funktionsstörungen des Medizinproduktes und zu
Verletzungen des Patienten oder Anwenders führen.
Instrumente nicht überlasten. Verbogene Instrumente
nicht in die Ausgangsposition zurückbiegen.

CLICKLINE Instruments

Scope of delivery
CLICKLINE instruments each consist of a handle
and outer sheath with working insert (instruments in
2, 3 and 3.5 mm sizes, curved instruments) or handle,
outer sheath and working insert (5 mm and 10 mm
instruments, straight and offset).

Application
KARL STORZ recommends the use of CLICKLINE
grasing forceps and scissors with HF units from the
AUTOCON
range from KARL STORZ.
®
A peak voltage of 3 kVp must not be exceeded in the
Forced Coagulation and Spray Coagulation modes, as
this can damage the instrument.

Safety instructions
WARNING: Risk of injury and risk of damaging the
products: Failure to observe and follow this instruction
manual and the instruction manuals of products used in
combination can result in injury to patients, users and
third parties as well as damage to the product. Please
read all relevant instruction manuals carefully and
always follow the instructions given precisely. Check the
functioning of the products used in combination.
WARNING: Risk of injury: There is a risk of injury if the
insulation on HF instruments is damaged or missing
or if there is unintentional contact between the applied
part and the patient. Do not use HF instruments with
damaged or missing insulation and make sure that the
applied parts do not come into contact with conductive
instruments, accessories and liquids. Never place the
applied parts on the patient.
WARNING: Risk of injury: Incorrectly assembled
and damaged instruments can lead to injuries to the
patient. Instruments and all of the accessories used in
combination with them must be checked immediately
before and after every use to ensure that they are
complete, free from damage, and in full working order
and have no unintentional rough surfaces, sharp corners,
burred edges or projecting parts. Care must be taken
not to leave missing or broken-off components inside the
patient.
WARNING: Risk of injury: Overloading the instrument by
exerting too much force may cause the medical device
to break, bend, and malfunction, and consequently injure
the patient or user. Do not overload the instruments. Do
not bend bent instruments back to their original positions.

Volumen de suministro
Los instrumentos CLICKLINE se componen de mango
y vaina exterior con elemento inserible interior (instru-
mentos de 2, 3 y 3,5 mm, instrumentos curvados) o
bien mango, vaina exterior y elemento inserible interior
(instrumentos de 5 y 10 mm, rectos y acodados).

Aplicación
KARL STORZ recomienda utilizar las pinzas de agarre
y las tijeras CLICKLINE en combinación con aparatos
de AF de la serie AUTOCON
de KARL STORZ.
®
Al trabajar con los modos "coagulación forzada" y
"coagulación spray" no puede superarse una tensión de
cresta de 3 kVp, ya que esto podría conllevar deterioros
en el instrumento.

Instrucciones de seguridad
CUIDADO: Riesgo de lesiones y riesgo de deterioro
de los productos. La inobservancia de este Manual de
instrucciones y de todos los Manuales de instrucciones
de los productos utilizados en combinación puede
provocar lesiones en pacientes, usuarios y terceros
y generar deterioros en el producto. Lea todos los
manuales de instrucciones relevantes con atención y
observe en todo momento las instrucciones descritas.
Compruebe el funcionamiento de los productos
utilizados en combinación.
CUIDADO: Riesgo de lesiones. Existe riesgo de
lesiones en caso de aislamiento defectuoso o
inexistente en instrumentos de AF o en caso de
contacto involuntario de la pieza de aplicación con el
paciente. No utilice instrumentos de AF con aislamiento
defectuoso o inexistente y asegúrese de que la pieza
de aplicación no entre en contacto con instrumentos,
accesorios o líquidos que puedan ser conductores de
electricidad. No deposite nunca las piezas de aplicación
sobre el paciente.
CUIDADO: Riesgo de lesiones. Los instrumentos
incorrectamente montados o deteriorados pueden
provocar lesiones en el paciente. Inmediatamente antes
y después de cada aplicación, compruebe el perfecto
estado, la capacidad de funcionamiento y la integridad
de los instrumentos y de los accesorios utilizados en
combinación con los mismos y compruebe que no
existen superficies rugosas, esquinas afiladas, cantos
con rebabas o piezas sobresalientes. Los componentes
defectuosos o partidos no se pueden dejar nunca dentro
del paciente.
CUIDADO: Riesgo de lesiones. Una sobrecarga
(debida a una aplicación con excesiva intensidad o
fuerza) puede conllevar roturas, deformaciones y fallos
de funcionamiento del producto médico y provocar,
con ello, lesiones en el paciente o el usuario. No
sobrecargue los instrumentos. No intente devolver a su
posición inicial los instrumentos deformados.
