3.7.1

Lubrication

When lubricating and greasing your new machine for the first
time, check the oil level in the inspection window of the speed
gear and the amount of grease in the feed gear. The oil tank of
the speed gear must be filled to the middle of the inspection
window. Only then can you start commissioning the machine.

The oil in the speed gear must be changed 200 hours after
the first filling, then every 2000 hours of operation.


Lubricate the feed gear. Due to possible high ambient
temperatures during transport before commissioning the
machine, or during storage before commissioning the
machine, there may be too little grease on the gear wheels
of the feed gear. Further lubrication of the feed gear is
carried out according to the operator's experience with
regular visual inspections.


3.7.2

Electrical connection

CAUTION!
Install the connection cable of the machine in such a way that people will not stumble
over it.
The machine is installed ready for operation with a 400V three-phase plug. Please verify if the
type of current, voltage and protection fuse correspond to the values specified. A protective
earth ground wire connection must be available. Mains fuse 10A to 16A
Make sure that the direction of rotation of the drive motor is correct. The switch position of the
rotation selector switch for right-handed rotation (R) has to turn the drill spindle clockwise. If
necessary two phase terminals on three-phase connector or your three-phase connection must
be exchanged.
WARNING!
The three-phase electrical connection may only be performed by an electrician or under
the guidance and supervision of an electrician.
3.8

First commissioning

WARNING!
First commissioning may only take place after proper installation.
There is a danger to persons and equipment, if the first commissioning carried out by
inexperienced personnel. We do not accept any liability for damages caused by
incorrectly performed commissioning.
ATTENTION!
Before commissioning the machine, all bolts, fastenings and protections must be
checked and retightened as necessary!
