Alarm settings (factory setting)

Definitions:
Pre-acknowledgement: If the alarm condition is acknowledged (by pressing the OK button), the acoustic alarm and the vibration
are switched off. The alarm is only completely reset (LED and display) once the alarm condition no longer exists.
Acknowledgement: If an A1 alarm condition that no longer exists is acknowledged (by pressing the OK button), all alarm
elements are reset.
If the A2 and A1 alarms are configured so that they can be acknowledged, the pre-acknowledgement or acknowledgement of
the A2 alarm pre-acknowledges the A1 alarm, or completely acknowledges this alarm if the alarm condition no longer exists.

1) The STEL alarm can be triggered with a delay of max. 1 minute.
2) After this alarm, the deployment of personnel is subject to the relevant national regulations.
3) A TWA alarm can only be reset by turning the gas detector off and on.

5) The battery still lasts approx. 20 minutes after the battery pre-alarm triggers.
6) The gas detector switches off automatically 20 s after a battery main alarm.
7 Transport
The gas detector contains lithium-ion batteries. During
transport, in particular air transport of the gas detector, adhere
to the relevant safety regulations and markings for lithium
batteries.

Storage

Dräger recommends storing the gas detector in the charging
cradle.
The sensors are supplied with power even when the gas
detector is switched off to ensure a faster warm-up time when
switching on.

When storing the gas detector outside of the charging cradle,
power supply to the sensors is cut off automatically after
21 days. When the gas detector is switched on again, there is
an increased warm-up time.
