Ativação\desativação dos punhos aquecidos
(H.GRIPS) (Versões Scrambler 800)
Esta função só está disponível se os punhos aquecidos foram ins-
talados e permite a ativação, desativação e regulação dos mesmos.
Com o botão (T3) e o botão (T4), presentes no interruptor esquer-
do (T), selecione a função "H.GRIPS" no menu de funções. No dis-
play é visualizada a programação atual do nível dos punhos aque-
cidos, que pode ser:
"OFF", "LOW", "MED", "HIGH".
O nível é programado pressionando o botão (T5). O painel de ins-
trumentos entra na procedimento de ajuste do nível dos punhos
aquecidos, fazendo lampejar o nível atual e visualizando a indica-
ção "EXIT" precedida da seta preta virada para baixo. A cada pres-
são do botão (T3) ou do botão (T4), o display visualiza em maneira
intermitente e por meio de rolagem, os diversos níveis começando
do nível atual: "OFF", "LOW", "MED", "HIGH".
Para sair do procedimento sem programar o novo nível, pressione
por 2 segundos o botão (T4). Ao contrário, para selecionar o ní-
vel que está a visualizar em maneira intermitente e sair do ajuste,
pressione o botão (T5). Quando é selecionado um nível diferente
de "OFF", na página principal aparece o símbolo dos punhos aque-
cidos. O acendimento deste símbolo indica que os punhos aque-
cidos estão prontos para aquecer. O acendimento efetivo (aque-
cimento) dos punhos aquecidos só ocorre com o motor ligado,
quando um determinado número de rotações do motor foi alcan-
çado e mantido. Isso a fim de evitar afetar a autonomia da bateria.
O acendimento efetivo é indicado pelo aparecimento da indicação
"ON" abaixo do símbolo dos punhos aquecidos.

Enabling/disabling the heated handgrips
(H.GRIPS) (Scrambler 800 versions)
This function is available only if heated handgrips have been in-
stalled and allows enabling, disabling and adjusting them. Use
button (T3) and button (T4) on LH switch (T) to select "H.GRIPS"
function from the functions menu. The display shows the level cur-
rent setting of heated handgrips, which can be:
"OFF", "LOW", "MED", "HIGH".
Level can be set by pressing button (T5). During the level setting
procedure for heated handgrips, the current level flashes on the
instrument panel, which also shows the "EXIT" indication pre-
ceded by a black arrow pointing downwards. Every time button
(T3) or button (T4) is pressed, the display shows the different lev-
els, flashing and scrolling, starting from the current one: "OFF",
"LOW", "MED", "HIGH".
To exit the procedure without setting a new level, press button
(T4) for 2 seconds. To select the level which is flashing and exit
the setting, press instead button (T5). When a level different from
"OFF" is selected, the main screen shows the symbol of heated
handgrips. When this symbol turns on, it means that heated hand-
grips are ready to heat up. Heated handgrips are actually switched
on (heating) only with engine running, when a certain number of
rpm has been reached and maintained. This is to avoid affecting
battery life. When they have been effectively switched on, the
"ON" indication appears under the symbol of heated handgrips.
