Montagem dos componentes do conjunto
(Versões Scrambler 800)
Importante
Verifique, antes da montagem, se todos os componentes estão
limpos e em perfeito estado. Adote todas as precauções necessá-
rias para evitar danificar qualquer peça com a qual deve trabalhar.
Montagem do punho aquecido esquerdo
Verifique para que o cabo (1B) esteja corretamente inserido na es-
pecífica sede anterior do punho aquecido esquerdo (1), como mos-
trado na figura. Monte o punho (1) inserindo-o no guiador (N) e
fixe-o encostando os 2 parafusos (1A) nos furos (N1).
Atenção
Certifique-se de que o cabo (1B) não fique esmagado entre o pu-
nho (1) e o interruptor esquerdo (T).
Atenção
Efetue o aperto dos 2 parafusos autorroscantes (1A) exclusivamen-
te à mão, não utilize aparafusadora automática. A fim de evitar a
deformação ou a danificação dos 2 parafusos autorroscantes (1A),
atarraxe até ao findo sem exceder e sem forçar, respeitando à risca
o binário de aperto indicado.
Introduza a tampa de guiador (H), até ao fundo, no guiador (N).
Aperte o parafuso (G) ao binário indicado.
Prenda com braçadeira o cabo do interruptor esquerdo, o tubo da
embraiagem, o cabo do interruptor da embraiagem e o cabo (1B)
do punho aquecido (1) ao guiador (N) utilizando as 2 braçadeiras de
borracha originais (D), como mostrado na figura.
Prenda com braçadeira o cabo (1B) do punho aquecido esquerdo
(1) ao cabo do canhão de ignição, ao cabo do interruptor esquerdo,
ao cabo do interruptor da embraiagem e ao cabo do indicador de
direção esquerdo, utilizando a braçadeira de borracha original (D1).

Assembling the kit components
(Scrambler 800 versions)
Important
Before assembling, check that all parts are clean and in good con-
ditions. Adopt all necessary precautions to avoid damaging any
part you are working on.
LH heated handgrip assembly
Check that the wiring cable (1B) is correctly inserted in the specific
front seat of the LH heated handgrip (1), as shown in the figure. Fit
handgrip (1) inserting it on handlebar (N) and fixing it by starting
no.2 screws (1A) into the holes (N1).
Warning
Make sure cable (1B) is not squeezed between handgrip (1) and LH
switch (T).
Warning
Tighten the 2 self-tapping screws (1A) only by hand, do not use
electric screwdrivers. To prevent the 2 self-tapping screws (1A)
from being deformed or damaged, screw them until fully home
without applying any excessive force, thoroughly complying with
the specified tightening torque.
Insert handlebar plug (H) fully home into the handlebar (N). Tight-
en screw (G) to the specified torque.
Tie LH switch wiring cable, clutch hose, clutch switch wiring cable
and heated handgrip (1) wiring cable (1B) to handlebar (N) using
no.2 original rubber ties (D), as shown in the figure.
Tie LH heated handgrip (1) wiring cable (1B) to ignition switch wir-
ing cable, to LH switch wiring cable, to clutch switch wiring cable
and to LH turn indicator wiring cable, using original rubber tie (D1).
