Attivazione\disattivazione manopole riscaldate
(H.GRIPS) (Versioni Scrambler 800)
Questa funzione è disponibile solo se le manopole riscaldate sono
state installate e permette l'attivazione, disattivazione e regolazio-
ne delle manopole riscaldate. Tramite il pulsante (T3) ed il pulsante
(T4), presenti sul commutatore sinistro (T), selezionare la funzione
"H.GRIPS" all'interno del menù funzioni. Sul display viene visua-
lizzata l'impostazione attuale del livello delle manopole riscaldate,
che può essere:
"OFF", "LOW", "MED", "HIGH".
Il livello è impostabile premendo il pulsante (T5). Il cruscotto entra
nella procedura di settaggio del livello delle manopole riscaldate,
facendo lampeggiare il livello attuale e visualizzando l'indicazione
"EXIT" preceduta dalla freccia nera rivolta verso il basso. Ad ogni
pressione del pulsante (T3) oppure del pulsante (T4) il display vi-
sualizza in maniera lampeggiante e in scorrimento, i diversi livelli
partendo da quello attuale: "OFF", "LOW", "MED", "HIGH".
Per uscire dalla procedura senza impostare il nuovo livello, preme-
re per 2 secondi il pulsante (T4). Diversamente, per selezionare il
livello che si sta visualizzando in maniera lampeggiante ed uscire
dal settaggio, premere il pulsante (T5). Quando viene selezionato
un livello diverso da "OFF", nella schermata principale compare il
simbolo delle manopole riscaldate. L'accensione di questo simbolo
indica che le manopole riscaldate sono pronte a riscaldarsi. L'effet-
tiva accensione (riscaldamento) delle manopole riscaldate avviene
solamente a motore acceso, quando sono stati raggiunti e mante-
nuti un certo numero di giri motore. Questo per evitare di grava-
re sull'autonomia della batteria. L'effettiva accensione è indicata
dalla comparsa della dicitura "ON" sotto il simbolo delle manopole
riscaldate.

Enabling/disabling the heated handgrips
(H.GRIPS) (Scrambler 800 versions)
This function is available only if heated handgrips have been in-
stalled and allows enabling, disabling and adjusting them. Use
button (T3) and button (T4) on LH switch (T) to select "H.GRIPS"
function from the functions menu. The display shows the level cur-
rent setting of heated handgrips, which can be:
"OFF", "LOW", "MED", "HIGH".
Level can be set by pressing button (T5). During the level setting
procedure for heated handgrips, the current level flashes on the
instrument panel, which also shows the "EXIT" indication pre-
ceded by a black arrow pointing downwards. Every time button
(T3) or button (T4) is pressed, the display shows the different lev-
els, flashing and scrolling, starting from the current one: "OFF",
"LOW", "MED", "HIGH".
To exit the procedure without setting a new level, press button
(T4) for 2 seconds. To select the level which is flashing and exit
the setting, press instead button (T5). When a level different from
"OFF" is selected, the main screen shows the symbol of heated
handgrips. When this symbol turns on, it means that heated hand-
grips are ready to heat up. Heated handgrips are actually switched
on (heating) only with engine running, when a certain number of
rpm has been reached and maintained. This is to avoid affecting
battery life. When they have been effectively switched on, the
"ON" indication appears under the symbol of heated handgrips.
