X-axis that must be exceeded in order to trigger
IO-Link event 0x8CF1 or set the corresponding status
bit. Value in mm/s.

Y-axis that must be exceeded in order to trigger
IO-Link event 0x8CF1 or set the corresponding status

Z-axis that must be exceeded in order to trigger
