Vollkorn Weizenmischbrot
Grundrezept
325 g frisch gemahlenes Weizen
Vollkornmehl
325 g weißes Mehl Type 405
100 g Roggenmehl Type 630
75 g flüssiger Natursauerteig
½ EL Kümmel
½ EL Brotgewürz
½ EL Salz
1 ½ Päckchen Trockenhefe
450 500 ml warmes Wasser
S Alle Zutaten ca. ½ Minute auf Stufe 1 kneten,
dann ca. 3 Minuten auf Stufe 2 zu einem Teig
verarbeiten.
S Teig bis zur Verdoppelung der Menge gehen
lassen und nochmal ca. 1 min. auf Stufe 2
kneten.
S Teig in eine gefettete Kastenform fuellen und
erneut gehen lassen, dann backen.
Tipp: Statt frisch gemahlenes Weizen
Vollkornmehl kann auch frisch gemahlenes
Dinkelmehl genommen werden.
Höchstmenge: 2 x Grundrezept
Zubehör/Sonderzubehör
Weiteres Sonderzubehör kann auch einzeln
nachgekauft werden. Das Zubehör ist für
MUM81 und MUM82 verwendbar.

appliance is switched on. Wait until the drive
has come to a standstill.
Do not change tools until the drive has come
to a standstill when the appliance is switched
off, the drive continues running briefly.
Do not immerse the base unit in water or clean
under running water.
Use the appliance with original accessories
only.
When using the accessories, follow the
enclosed operating instructions.
