Pause/end operation
• To pause an ongoing cooking process,
press the
button (26) once.
The light in the cooking chamber will go out,
the glass rotary plate will stop turning, the
cooking time display will no longer count
down, and the ventilator will no longer op-
erate.
• To resume the cooking process, press the
button (25).
• To stop the cooking process completely
when it is paused, press the
once more.
The display now shows the time again.
You can also use the
return the appliance to idle mode from
the functions menu.
Temperature range
The temperature range shows which tem-
perature has been reached in the cooking
chamber.
Each dot on the temperature range represents
a temperature between 140ºC and 230ºC.
The temperature is gradually increased dot
by dot in increments of 10°C.
When heating up the cooking chamber, each
dot on the temperature range will light up
when the corresponding temperature has
been reached.
When a temperature is set, the corresponding
dot flashes until the temperature is reached.
Two beeps will sound as soon the preset tem-
perature has been reached. All dots up until
the preset temperature will light up.
The preset temperature dots will flash again
as soon as there is a decrease in tempera-
ture (e.g. when opening the cooking chamber
door).
Example:
A temperature of 200ºC is set. The dot cor-

responding to 200ºC will flash. The first four
dots will flash when 170ºC has been reached
in the cooking chamber.

Ventilator lag
After cooking has finished, the fan will contin-
ue to run for a few minutes to cool down the
appliance. The duration depends on how hot
it is in the appliance.
