Stand-by mode

New settings can only be selected when the
unit is in stand-by mode, i.e. when the time is
shown in the display.

• Press the Stopp/Löschen button (11) 2× if
necessary to switch the device into stand-
by mode.

Cooking chamber and lighting

If the door is opened while the device is in op-
eration, the cooking process will be stopped.
The cooking chamber light switches on auto-
matically when the door is open or the appli-
ance is in operation.
Basic instructions for
operation
– Cooking time can be set in the following
increments:
Cooking duration
0 to 5 minutes
5 to 10 minutes
10 to 30 minutes
30 to 95 minutes
– Once the set cooking time has expired, a
signal sounds and the appliance switches
to stand-by mode. The time is shown in the
display.
It is normal if the fan continues to run for
a short time after cooking has finished.

Button lock (child lock)

If the button lock is activated, all functions are
locked and the device cannot be switched on.
Switching button lock on/off:
Requirement: Appliance is in stand-by mode.
1. Press and hold the "Stopp/Löschen" but-
ton (11) for approximately 3 seconds.
The lock symbol lights up brightly in
the display.
The button lock is activated.
2. To switch off the button lock, press and
hold the "Stopp/Löschen" button (11)
again for approximately 3 seconds.
The lock symbol is now dimly displayed.
The button lock is deactivated.
ECO
Vitalprogramme ECO
When the appliance is in stand-by mode, you
can switch off the display backlight by press-
ing the ECO button (12).
Press any key to switch the display backlight
back on.
