The AV-Rr version has some additional pushbuttons for the remote
control of the functions of the camera (5) and for the pan/tilt unit ((6),
optional). The buttons have the same positions and labeling as those
on the camera.
At the backside (fig. 2) the line OUT and video OUT (11) can be
found, as well as a connector for an external passive loudspeaker (8)
for the right channel. Figure 3 shows the pin configuration of this
connector. The left channel is used for mono-transmissions
(internal / external microphone) which is also put out at the
integrated loudspeaker of the receiver. The line OUT signals are not
influenced by the volume control.
Further installations on the backside include the optical input (9) and
the charging connector (10) with the charging-LED (for the version
with internal batteries). The charging-LED is on when the voltage of
the batteries falls below an approximate level of 5 V. In this case, the
batteries should be recharged. If the batteries are over-discharged,
neither the charging-LED (10) nor the control-LED (2) are on !
Receivers with an external power supply only have one input
connector for 6..9 V DC voltage without a charging-LED (10).
