Operation of the AV-T
The required mode of operation is chosen at the transmitter
(internal / external microphone or line IN). The transmitter and the
receiver are connected by an optical cable with FSMA-connectors. A
low volume should be chosen for the receiver at first. The line OUT-
connector is not influenced by the volume control.
An additional video camera can be connected to the transmitter, if
needed. An appropriate monitoring device should then be connected
to the receiver, e.g. a TV or a monitor with video-input.
2 seconds after turning on the transmitter and the receiver the
devices are ready for use. The volume can be adjusted to the given
demands by choosing the correct settings on the transmitter and the
receiver.
The transmitter can be equipped with an additional connector for a
small video display. This display can help at the setup of the optional
