CAUTION!
Always follow the instructions of all relevant manuals for the installed
system or machine components.
These instructions are the basis for all work on or with the system or
machine! Strict compliance with the safety instructions and information
given in ALL manuals is mandatory!
CAUTION!
Since the application range of the Eco dosing station refers to chemicals
(acids/alkaline solutions), strict compliance with the instructions and
information given in the safety data sheet of the chemical product is
essential. In addition, the operating personnel must be appropriately trained
and instructed.
DANGER!
Never fill and/or operate the dosing station with unsuitable additives or
media (see system configuration when ordering). The medium to be dosed
must not be different from the medium intended for the system in order to
avoid risks for the system and the operating personnel.
DANGER!
If you assume that safe operation is no longer possible the metering station
must be put out of service immediately and be secured against
unauthorized use.
This is the case if:
– it is visibly damaged
– it appears no longer functional
– prolonged storage under unfavorable circumstances has occurred
(carry out function check).
The following notes should be observed:
– Before any work on the electrical section, disconnect power and secure
against being switched on again .
– The safety provisions for handling chemicals must always be observed
and, if applicable, suitable protective clothing must be worn
– Notes in the product data sheet of the used dosing medium has always
to be observed.
– The installation may only used with the specified supply and control
voltage in the technical data.
– Make sure that any residual energy including chemical products are
properly released or drained prior to the any work at hydraulic system.
