Transport on a pallet:
1.
Drive the forklift truck with the forks between or under the beams of the palette.
2.
Push the forks in so far that they stand out on the opposite side.
3.
Make sure that the pallet does not tip in case of an off-centre centre of gravity.
4.
Lift the pallet with transport unit and transport the system.
1.3.1.1 Inappropriate transport
NOTICE!
Material damage due to improper transportation!
Transport units can fall or tip over if improperly transported.
This can cause a high degree of damage.
– Be careful when unloading the transport units on delivery and during
inhouse transport; observe the symbols and instructions on the
packaging.
– Only use the attachment points provided.
– Remove packaging just before assembly.
1.3.2
Transport dosing station to the installation place
CAUTION!
– Only appropriately trained personnel are to be entrusted with handling
the machine. Ensure compliance with the relevant safety regulations for
operating handling equipment.
– In particular, make sure that no-one is standing in the danger area near
the machine before each lifting operation.
– Do not allow anyone to walk under the suspended load while it is
moved.
– Examine for transit damages once it has been received.
– Report any damages or other defects. e.g. Incompleteness, to the
forwarding agent or the railway and to us in writing immediately.
WARNING!
Check all wires and hoses. Ensure they are not damaged and leaked and
are still connected properly.
The construction is delivered in suitable packaging. Please refer to the Technical Data for
information on the dimensions of the packaging and its weight.
