Intended use
The Aesculap activO frame system is used to keep free
a ventral or ventrolateral approach to the spine.
With this system, valves can be placed at any position
on the ring and fastened on the spine, using fixation
screws.
Illumination and optics elements can be adapted, too.
The frame can be fastened to the operating table (see
instructions for use TA011611 or TA009150 respec-
tively). In the latter configuration, fixation with fixa-
tion screws on the spine is not required.
