3. Commissioning

The ambient temperature must be
above 4°C.
•
After the combi steamer has been
transported at minus temperatures, the
safety temperature limiter might have
triggered. Carry out a reset of the
safety temperature limiter on the rear
side of the unit.
•
With the pressure regulator, adjust the
manometer in the water supply for
steam production to a flow pressure of
110 kPa (1.1 bar). To do this, operate
the combi steamer in the steam mode.
•
The humidity settings differ according
to the unit variants 1 NPE and 3 NPE
(unit setting and procedure see table
and following page).

•
Check the following components:
- Suction plate correctly mounted
- Hanging shelf rack correctly hung
•
Open the water tap.
•
Start the air conditioning unit.
•
Fill the condenser with 1 litre of water.
•
Switch on the combi steamer using the
main switch.
•
Set the date, the time and the
language (Operator's Manual, "Basic
settings" section).
•
Set the cooking programme hot steam
150°C, 10 mins and check the
following:
- Is the cooking compartment light on?
- Is the fan running?
- Is the cooking compartment getting
hot?
- Is steam being produced in the
cooking compartment?
