Wear protective goggles and gloves
when cleaning.
•
Only use cleaning agents
recommended by the manufacturer.
•
Observe the safety instructions on the
cleaner and the accompanying safety
data sheet!
•
There is a danger of health damage
from lung or skin irritation when using
cleaning agents.

and buildings
Installation and maintenance
•
In order to ensure that the combi
steamer is in perfect technical
condition, the manufacturer
recommends maintenance by
authorized after-sales service
personnel at least once per year.
•
Ensure that no flammable materials are
located in the vicinity of the unit.
Danger of fire!
Cleaning the unit
•
When cleaning, do not spray water in
the hot cooking compartment!
Allow the temperature in the combi
steamer's cooking compartment to cool
down below 60°C.
•
Never heat up commercially available
oven cleaners or the residue of such
products: this could lead to corrosion.
