2. Unit Connection

2.4 Drainage connection

•
The run-off water can be connected via
an open drain (funnel siphon) or via a
fixed connection with a non-flexible DN
40 pipe.

The interior diameter of the drainage
hose must be at least 36 mm and it
must not taper.
•
The connection must be kink-free with
a constant downward gradient of at
least 5% (3°).
•
Attention: Do not install funnel siphon
under the unit!
•
If several units are connected to a
drain line, this must be of a size such
that the run-off water can drain
unhindered.
•
The average run-off water temperature
is approx. 65°C.

2.5 Ventilation

For trouble-free functioning of the combi
steamer, a regular air exchange must be
provided in the place the unit is being
operated.
