2. Unit Connection

2.1 Positioning the unit

Transport unit in an upright position!

The installation surface must be
smooth, level, non-flammable and be
able to support 100 kg.
•
Install the combi steamer level and tilt
and slip resistant. Please use the
shims supplied to adjust the combi
steamer.

Install the unit at a maximum distance
of 1.15 m from the floor on a base
frame or a table, so that the operator
can see into the topmost container
(corresponds to eye height for a person
of 1.60 m).
•
Observe the minimum distances to
neighbouring units and non flammable
walls.

Do not install combi steamers close to
deep fat fryers or fat cooking units.
There is a serious risk of burns for the
operator, if water splashes into hot fat.
