8. TURNING OFF IN CASE OF

MALFUNCTION

In case of malfunction it is necessary to disconnect the
appliance:
• switch off the electrical power supply isolator switch,
that is between the appliance and the network.
• contact your nearest UNOX service centre.
9. MALFUNCTIONS – PROBLEMS CAUSES AND REMEDIES
The guide below will help the user rectify minor faults.
BREAKDOWN
The oven is completely turned off
The humidity control of the oven
is on, but the water does not
come out of the pipes
The oven does not start even
though you have set the time or
the core temperature and pressed
START / STOP button
There is water coming out though
the door and the sealing even
though the door is closed
The oven light does not turn on
The cooking is not even
CAUSE
The supply mains voltage is
missing
Intervention of one of the fuses on
the power board
The electrical connection to the
mains has not been made in the
correct way
The water inlet valve is closed
The connection to the water
supply or to the tank has not been
made in the correct way
The tank is empty (in case the
appliance is connected to an
external tank)
The filter on the water inlet is
blocked
The door of the oven is open or
not properly closed
Damaged door magnetic micro

The fans do not reverse their
rotation
One of the fans is not rotating (in

Restore the voltage

Check the connection of the
appliance to the mains
Open the water inlet valve
Check the connection to the
water supply or to the tank
Pour water in the tank
Clean the filter
Close the door in the correct way
