Instandhaltung
Eigenmächtiges Öffnen, Reparaturen und
Änderungen am Gerät durch nicht autorisierte
Personen oder Änderungen, die nicht den
anwendbaren Teilen der Normreihe IEC 60601
und der Norm EN ISO 10079-1 entsprechen, ent-
binden uns von jeglicher Haftung für die
Betriebs sicherheit des Gerätes. Während der
Garantie zeit erlischt dadurch jegliche
Gewährleistung.
Garantieansprüche, die über den beschriebenen
Garantieanspruch hinausgehen, wie Haftung für
Folgeschäden usw., bestehen nicht.
Maintenance
Opening of the unit or the performance of any
repairs or modifications to the unit by unautho-
rized persons or modifications which do not com-
ply with the applicable parts of the IEC 60601 set
of standards and the EN ISO 10079-1 standard
shall relieve us of any liability for its performance.
Any such opening, repair or modification per-
formed during the warranty period shall void all
warranty.
Warranty rights which go beyond the described
warranty, such as liability for consequential dam-
age etc., have not been agreed.

Самовольные вскрытие, ремонт и изменения
устройства, производимые неуполномоченными
лицами, не соответствующие применимым
положениям стандартного ряда IEC 60601 и
нормы EN ISO 10079-1, освобождают нас от
любой ответственности за безопасность
эксплуатации устройства. На протяжении гаран-
тийного периода подобные действия влекут за
собой полное аннулирование гарантии.
Помимо описанных условий гарантии не суще-
ствует иных гарантийный обязательств, таких
как ответственность за косвенный ущерб и т. п.
