11.2 Radio components which can be
taught in (EEP)
PP 45 radio components must support

the EEP protocol. Radio components
with the same EEP no. can be combined
with the PP 45 system.

The PP 45 Act can be used to activate
the "Supply air for exhaust air units"
function for PP 45 RC units. The
PP 45 Act is connected and taught in
following the enclosed mounting and
operating instructions.
Teaching in on the PP 45 RC unit
(master unit only) is the same as
teaching in a sensor. Through the mas-
ter/slave network, both PP 45 RC units
provide 30 m³/h of supply air during
the "Supply air for exhaust air units"
function.
We therefore recommend only using
the PP 45 Act with 2x PP 45 RC
radio-controlled units. It is then only
taught in on a master unit.

11.3 Teaching-in tips

● Radio components are taught in directly on
the master PP 45 RC (LEARN key).
● Only one slave unit can be assigned to
each master ventilation unit.
● Correction operation of a unit pair is moni-
tored by the master unit.

11.4 DS 45 RC radio switch
The DS 45 RC ( Fig. A) is a double rocker
radio switch for operating PP 45 RC ventila-
tion units. The operating mode and ventilation
level is transferred to all taught-in PP 45 RC
master ventilation units.
