9.8 Mounting and teaching in the radio
components (EnOcean)
When radio mode is activated, En-

Ocean radio components, such as
master or slave units or sensors, can
be taught-in directly on ventilation
units. For range of radio components

The PP 45 EO EnOcean module can

only be taught in with the commission-
ing software (RLS 45 K). This activates
teach-in mode and sends a radio tele-
gram. All radio sensors/radio switches
are taught in directly on the PP 45 EO.
Only the EnOcean module is taught in
on the master.

1. Simply glue
location on the wall. Alternatively, the radio
switch can also be screwed onto the wall
(mounting material provided by customer).

ing-in mode on the ventilation unit. For

1. Install EnOcean extension module

sories instructions. If necessary, include
a separate distribution box in the wiring
planning.
2. Connect EnOcean extension module to
RLS 45 K
control (RS485)  Wiring dia-
grams in the appendix.
3. Start up ventilation system, activate in
EnOcean service mode  Chap. 14.
Installing humidity sensor
In wired systems, the integrated humidity sen-
sor is inserted into the
room air control.
PP 45 RC
In radio-controlled units, the inte-
grated humidity sensor is installed directly in
the ventilation unit.

Installing humidity sensor in
RLS 45 K
1. Install room air control as described be-
fore.
NOTICE
Unit damage/no function if the humidity
sensor is installed incorrectly. Do not bend
pins. Insert sensor up to stop in bush.
