4. Safety Information

In case of damage caused by failure to observe these operating instructions, the guarantee will
expire. We do not assume any liability for consequential damage!
Nor do we assume any liability for damage to property or personal injury caused by improper
use or failure to observe the safety information. Any guarantee expires in these cases!
Dear Customer: The following safety information is intended not only for the protection of the device but
also for the protection of your health. Please read the following carefully:
• The unauthorized conversion and/or modification of the product is inadmissible for safety and approval rea-
sons (CE).
• All persons operating, installing, setting up, commissioning or servicing this device must be qualified appro-
priately and observe these operating instructions.
• The mains adapter corresponds to to protection class II. Only a proper mains socket (230V~ / 50Hz) of the
public mains supply must be used as a power source.
• Use only the mains adapter included in delivery to power the mixer.
• The device must be set up correctly. Please follow these operating instructions.
• Make sure that the mains adapter cable is not squeezed, bent, damaged by sharp edges or put under mecha-
nical stress. Avoid excessive thermal stress on the mains adapter cable from extreme heat or cold. Do not
modify the mains adapter cable. Otherwise the mains cable may be damaged.
• Do not touch the mains adapter if it shows any damage. First, power down the respective mains socket (e.g.
via the respective circuit breaker) and then carefully pull the mains plug from the mains socket. Disconnect the
mains adapter from the device. Never use the product if the mains adapter or mains adapter cable is dama-
ged.
• This product is not a toy and not suitable for children. Children cannot judge the dangers involved when hand-
ling electrical devices.
• Keep the product away from pets!
• Never pour any liquids over electrical devices or put objects filled with liquid on top of them (e. g. vases).
Never place any small objects, e.g. coins, paper clips, etc., on the device as these may fall into the device.
There is great danger of fire or potentially fatal electric shock. If liquid or an object enters the interior of the
device nevertheless, first power down the respective socket (e.g. switch off circuit breaker) and then pull the
mains adapter from the mains socket. Disconnect all cables from the device. Do not operate the product any-
more afterwards, but take it to a specialist workshop.
• The mains adapter must never be plugged in or unplugged with wet hands.
• Make sure the device is sufficiently ventilated when in operation. Never cover the device with magazines, cur-
tains, etc. Never place the device on a soft surface such as, for example, a carpet or a bed, etc. This prevents
heat dissipation from the device and may lead to overheating.
• The product must not be subjected to strong mechanical stress.
• Do not place any open sources of fire, such as burning candles, on the device.
• Consult an expert when in doubt as to the operation, the safety or the connection of the device.

Do not expose the device to any high temperatures, dripping or splashing water, strong
vibrations, excess humidity, moisture, high dust concentration, easily flammable gases,
vapours or solvents.
