Clamping device
Hydraulic operations
1 Attachment: Check, if necessary clean and lubricate.
2 Check hydraulic ports and tighten if necessary.
3 Check axial play of the front and rear rollers and adjust if necessary.
4 Check sliding blocks are complete.
5 Check cylinder seals.
6 Test attachment, check settings and check for damage.
7 Test the acknowledgement key.
Attachment: check bearing points, guides and stops for wear and

damage, grease and clean these components.
9 Check cylinder piston rods and bushings.
Check attachment is properly secured to the truck and the

supporting elements.
