IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE

PRECAUTIONS
This exercise machine is built for optimum safety. However, certain precautions apply
whenever you operate a piece of exercise equipment. Be sure to read the entire manual
before you assemble or operate your machine. In particular, note the following safety
precautions:
1. Keep children and pets away from the machine at all times. Do not leave children
unattended in the same room with the machine. The machine includes small parts
that could cause choking.
2. Only one person at a time should use the machine.
3. lf the user experiences dizziness, nausea, ehest pain, or any other abnormal
symptoms, STOP the workout at once. CONSUL T A PHYSICIAN IMMEDIATEL Y.
4. Position the machine on a clear, leveled surface.
5. Keep finger, loose close clothing, and hair away from all moving parts. Fasten
long hair.
Remove all jewelry prior to exercise on the machine.
6. Always wear appropriate workout clothing when exercising. DO NOT wear
robes or other clothing that could become caught in the machine. Running
or aerobic shoes are also required when using the machine.
7. Use the machine only for its intended use as described in this manual. DO
NOT use attachments not recommended by the manufacturer.
8. Do not place any objects around the machine within a radius of 2 meters.
9. Disabled person should not use the machine without a qualified person or
physician in attendance.
10. Before using the machine to exercise, always do stretching exercises to
properly warm up.
11. Never operate the machine if the machine is not functioning properly.
13. This exercise machine have no medicinal purposes at all.

Pour les tractions, utilisez la position statique du rouleau

1. Comme indique sur le dessin, tenez chaque rouleau de main par une main et mettez
vos genoux sur le tapis.
2. Pour la position de depart,
agenouillez-vous. Mettez le rouleau de main
distance un peu plus large que la largeur des epaules.
3. Maintenant, abaissez votre corps. Deplacez vous vers le bas aussi loin que vous le
pouvez, au moins un pouce ou deux au-dessus du sol. Cependant, ne touchez pas le
sol avec votre corps. Vos coudes formeront presque un angle droit.
4. Apres vous etre maintenu quelques secondes dans cette position, tirez votre corps

en arriere pour revenir
la position de depart , puis repetez.
Veuillez noter: t:vitez ce genre d'exercice, si vous souffrez d'un quelconque probleme
de dos ou des hernies. Pour augmenter l'intensite de l'entrainement, ecartelez la
distance des rouleaux de main ou mettez vos genoux sur le rouleau de genou.
