X-Wheel Rollout
1. As shown on the drawing, put your arms on the knee roller. The knees are on the mat.
2.
For the starting position go down in a kneeling push up position and make a slight
hollow back. The upper body is leaning on the knee roller, while the knee roller itself
is touching lightly your knees.

Now roll out slowly from the kneeling position. Move down as far as you can. However,
don't tauch the floor with your body. Your body is stretched now in a straight position.
4. After persisting few seconds in this position, pull your body back to return to the
starting position, then repeat.
Please note: Avoid this kind of exercise, if you are suffering from any back problems or
hernias. Variegate this exercise with the ab wheel rollout to increase the training intensity.
