Monthly Maintenance

Checking the zero point
It is recommended to check the zero point once
every month.
▷ Mill a test cube from the Ceramill TEST 71 L test
blank.
The test blank is to be used exclusively for test
milling and calibration of the Ceramill Motion 2.
The corresponding instructions are on the
Ceramill Match CD or available on our website
under www.ceramill-m-center.com
Jäger spindle
The spindle must be in the starting position.
▷ Manually turn the shaft of the spindle through
(at least ten times).

Inspections and Maintenance Measures
When the filling level in the C/L container
has fallen below the minimum level, the
milling program is interrupted and an
error message is indicated.
▷ Refill the C/L container (please refer to
page 79).
▷ Acknowledge the error in the software.
The half-yearly cleaning is indicated via
the program. After activation of the sys-
tem to be cleaned, the indication is omit-
ted again.
