Inspection-window Cleaning

▷ With the door closed, press operation button [B]
for at least three seconds.
As long as the button is pressed, an air nozzle
positioned behind the inspection window blows
off the window and cleans it from dust and
chips.
The inspection-window cleaning is also
carried out automatically when a tool
change takes place and after completion
of a program. In the course of each auto-
matic cleaning run, three short air-blasts
take place.

6.10 Advancing to the Change Position
for the Blank Holder
The change position for the blank holder can only
be advanced to from the starting position.
▷ Press operation button [A] for at least three
seconds.
The current tool is placed down. The blank
holder is turned in such a manner that the fas-
tening screw becomes accessible. While travel-
ling, operation button [A] is lit; after reaching
the position, it flashes.
To exit the change position for the blank holder:
▷ Briefly press operation button [A].
The machine advances to the starting position.
