Ceramill Coolstream

The Ceramill Coolstream supply unit (see
section 4.2) is mandatory for wet processing. It
provides for the necessary coolant/lubricant cir-
cuit and includes the coolant/lubricant filtration.
Additionally, it offers space for Ceramill Air-
stream.
Ceramill Airstream
Ceramill Airstream is an extraction system for dry
processing with Ceramill Motion 2. It is equipped
with a special filter bag and a HEPA micro filter,
which filters up to 99.97 % of fine dust particles
(i.e. zirconium oxide dust particles) and is classi-
fied in the fine dust particle category M.
The separate socket for the control cable allows
for automatic operation.
The Ceramill Airstream extraction unit can be
used with Ceramill Coolstream.
Milling and Grinding Tools
Various cutting and grinding tools are available
for the Ceramill Motion 2 (please refer to the Cat-
alog).

4.2.2 Intended Use

Ceramill Coolstream is the supply unit for wet
processing with Ceramill Motion 2. It ensures the
application-efficient supply, drainage and filtering
of the required coolant/lubricant.
Operation with other machines than Ceramill
Motion 2 is not permitted.
4.2.3 CE Declaration of Conformity
In terms of design and performance, this product
complies with the European Directives and the
supplementary national requirements. Conform-
ity has been confirmed with the CE marking.
